Her post bachelor’s education was completed in Pennsylvania at the University of Pittsburg and Duquesne University where she earned a Master of Social Work, Master of Public Administration and a Juris Doctorate degree.

Mrs. Davis-Branch has represented individuals and business entities in various areas of the law. Her career began with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, Washington, DC. Next she was employed as the Senior Attorney for the Department of Public Welfare, Harrisburg, PA. In 1995 Ms. Davis-Branch returned to South Carolina and worked for 8 years as the General Counsel for South Carolina State University, Orangeburg, SC. In 2005 she was employed as an associate counsel for the law firm of Horger and Horger in Orangeburg.
